摘要
金鸡滩选煤厂从未来原煤质量和矿井连续生产需求方面考虑,为进一步提高系统的灵活性,在二期工程实施了原煤旁路系统改造。原煤质量较好无需入洗时,原煤经破碎筛分后,直接旁路进仓存储装车。在一期准备车间进行了临时原煤旁路改造,实现了在二期工程安装和调试阶段,原煤可旁路入仓,最大程度降低对矿井生产的影响。改造后系统可快速切换,有效提高了选煤厂生产的灵活性。
In the phase Ⅱ project of Jinjitan Coal Preparation Plant,considering the quality of raw coal in the future and the requirement of continuous production,the flexibility of the system is further improved and the raw coal bypass modification is implemented.By adding the raw coal bypass system in lump coal workshop,raw coal after crushing and screening can be stored and loaded directly without washing.The temporary raw coal bypass modification was carried out in the phase I preparation workshop,achieving that during the installation and commissioning of the phase Ⅱ project,raw coal can be bypassed and stored,minimizing the impact on mine production.After modification,the systems can be switched quickly,which improves the production flexibility of the coal preparation plant.
