慕课联合传统教学模式在肿瘤学规培教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨慕课联合传统教学模式在肿瘤学规范化培训(简称规培)教学中的可行性及应用价值,为更好地开展肿瘤学规培教学提供参考依据。方法以2021年2月22日—2021年7月3日之间在西安交通大学第二附属医院肿瘤科规培人员148人为研究对象,随机选取110人为实验组,38人为对照组。实验组采用慕课联合传统教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。规培结束后,通过理论考试和技能操作考试对两种模式的学习效果进行分析,理论考试成绩占比80%、技能操作考试成绩占比20%,两项成绩总和作为最终综合成绩。分别对学生的理论考试成绩、技能操作评分及两项成绩的综合评分进行对比分析。同时,通过慕课后台统计数据及问卷调查,分析实验组学生对慕课的接受度及学习体会。结果实验组学生与对照组相比,其理论考试成绩、技能操作成绩及综合成绩均明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大部分学生接受慕课教学,认为慕课教学可以提高学习兴趣和听课效率。通过慕课后台实时数据,教师可及时掌握学生学习状态,及时调整教学内容,提升教学效果。结论慕课联合传统教学模式在肿瘤学规培教学中,提高了学生的理论考试成绩、临床操作技能及综合成绩,同时可提高教学质量,可在肿瘤学规培教学中逐步推广。 Objective To explore the feasibility and application value of MOOC combined with traditional teaching mode in the standardized training of oncology,and to provide reference for better development of standardized teaching of oncology.Methods 148 people who accepted standardized training in the Oncology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were enrolled from February 22,2021 to July 3,2021,and 110 in experimental group and 38 in control group.The experimental group adopted the MOOC combined with the traditional teaching mode,and the control group only adopted the traditional teaching mode.After the completion of the training and MOOC,the effects of the two modes were analyzed through the theoretical test and the operation ability test.The theoretical test score accounted for 80%and the operation ability test score accounted for 20%as the comprehensive score.The theoretical test scores and operation ability test scores of the two groups were compared.Students'feedback on MOOC learning experience was collected through MOOC platform data and questionnaire survey.Results The theoretical test scores,operation ability test scores and comprehensive scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Most students liked to study in MOOC platform and believed that MOOC could improve their interest and efficiency of learning.The data of MOOC was convenient for teachers to evaluate the students'abilities in real time,which is conducive to raise teaching standards.Students'suggestions for MOOC will help teachers adjust the teaching content and form in the future.Conclusion The MOOC combined with the traditional teaching mode in the oncology standardized training could improve students'theoretical test scores and clinical skills,and ameliorate the teaching quality and effect,and is worthy of further promotion in the oncology standardized teaching.
