一种微蚀剂自动添加的方法及应用

摘要 传统龙门沉铜线的微蚀槽寿命是根据铜离子浓度来控制换槽的,在连续生产时,微蚀槽铜离子浓度上升较快,一般需要每天换一次缸,有时为降低停线时间对产出效率的影响,间隔若干架空挂来更换槽液,存在较大的操作安全隐患[1]。此外,药水建浴量大、溶解不充分、浓度不稳定,过程补加药水次数多,产品也会有咬蚀过度、咬蚀不均匀等品质隐患。介绍一种过硫酸钠微蚀药水自动添加系统的设计思路,通过制作简单的自动添加系统,微蚀缸的换缸频率由每天1次降低到每15天1次,加药次数从每天6次降低到每2天1次,大大提高了药水浓度的稳定性,减少了产线换缸保养及分析添加的工作量,过程更稳定,产品品质得到保证。 In traditional gantry plating through hole(PTH)line,micro-etching bath life time is controlled by Cu2+concentration in bath.The Cu2+concentration increases rapidly after making new bath and micro-etching solution needs to change every day under continuous production.In order to decrease the influence time of making new bath,the production line will change the bath with the gantry crane running in condition of several dummy racks,which is a very high risk operation.Besides,this kind of control also brings other risks,such as high volume chemical of making new bath,chemical insufficient dissolving,unstable chemical concentration,too much time of adding chemicals,excess etching,uneven etching and so on.A method of making an automatic dosing system for sodium persulfate(SPS)chemical is introduced.After the application of the automatic dosing system,the frequency of making new bath decrease from once per day to once every 15 days,and the chemical adding frequency decrease from 6 times every day to once every 2 days.This application increased the stability of micro-etching bath and decreased great amount of work for making new bath and adding chemical,which will bring better chemical control stability and more quality guarantee for product.
