电液比例调压回路在夹送机液压系统中的应用

摘要 针对材质L415M,∅508×8.8 mm规格螺旋埋弧焊管生产过程中,因钢带滑落引起的焊管机组被迫停车问题,技术人员经过细致分析得出:夹送机液压系统压力调定值无法匹配生产需求是造成钢带滑落的根本原因,于是将电液比例调压回路应用于夹送机液压系统中,并对使用了电液比例调压回路的液压系统进行了配套优化,有效解决了问题,使得夹送机可更好的适用于不同钢级、不同壁厚的螺旋埋弧焊管生产需求。 For material L415M,∅508×8.8 mm spiral submerged arc welding pipe production process,the welded pipe unit caused by steel belt slide was forced to parking problems,technical staff through careful analysis it is concluded that:pinch machine hydraulic system pressure setting cannot match the production demand is the fundamental reasons of steel belt slide,then applying electro-hydraulic proportional pressure regulating circuit to pinch machine hydraulic system,and the use of the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure regulating circuit The hydraulic system has been optimized to effectively solve the above problems,so that the pinch machine can be better applied to the production needs of spiral submerged arc welded pipes with different steel grades and different wall thicknesses.
