摘要
本文以贵州省某区水务一体化扶贫PPP项目为例,指出通过有效解决选址变更问题、加强项目前期准备工作、合理确定融资结构,提高资金使用效率、加强监督与管理力度、加强项目运维管理等手段,保证此污水处理工程的整体管理质量得到全面提高,减少项目管理中不规范现象的出现,以期为相关人员提供参考。
This paper combines the PPP project of water conservancy integration in a district of Guizhou Province as an example,by effectively solving the problem of site selection change,strengthening the preparatory work of the project,and reasonably determining the financing structure,Improve the efficiency of fund use,strengthen supervision and management,strengthen project operation and maintenance management,etc.,Ensure the overall management quality of the sewage treatment project,Reduce the occurrence of project management irregularities,In order to provide a reference for the relevant personnel.
