摘要
以豆粕为原料,经热机械螺旋挤压法预处理后,用戊二醛对其进行交联改性,考察了pH、温度及戊二醛用量对胶粘剂胶合强度的影响,并对最佳参数制备的胶粘剂进行了性能表征。结果表明:螺旋挤压处理温度140℃、pH 8、温度50℃、戊二醛用量1.0%(豆粕质量为基准)时,豆粕胶的干、湿态胶合强度均最佳,分别为3.92和1.41 MPa,达到Ⅱ类胶合板的国家标准。与未改性的豆粕胶相比,戊二醛改性后的豆粕胶粘剂固含量、黏度及热稳定性均显著提高。
Soybean meal was modified by the thermomechanical spiral extrusion method,and then crosslinked with glutaraldehyde to obtain the soybean meal adhesive.The effects of pH,temperature,and glutaraldehyde content on the glue shear strength were investigated,and the properties of the prepared soybean meal adhesive were characterized.The results showed that,when the screw extrusion temperature was kept at 140℃,and the reaction pH,temperature,and glutaraldehyde content were 8,50℃and 1.0%(based on the weight of soybean meal),respectively,the obtained soybean meal glue exhibited 3.92 MPa of dry glue shear strength and 1.41 MPa of wet glue shear strength,which can meet the national standard of Class Ⅱ plywood.Meanwhile,compared with the unmodified soybean meal glue,the glutaraldehyde-modified soybean meal adhesive possessed significantly improved solid content,viscosity and thermal stability.
