摘要
为了充分发挥高校既有建筑信息数据资源再生优势,选取校区建筑生命周期的有效数据信息,通过建筑单体与建筑群落云端数据集成、转化与运用,构建高效的建筑设施运维信息发展平台,以达到用数据监测、调控和管理的作用。文章通过对部分高校既有建筑信息资源的脉搏梳理,结合高校既有建筑运维工作实际,从信息需求及导向出发,对相关数据构架进行统筹研究和探析,为高校运维管理部门提供指导。
In order to give full play to the advantages of regeneration of existing building information and data resources in colleges and universities and capture the effective data information of campus building life cycle,it is very important to build an efficient building facility operation and maintenance information development platform to achieve the role of data monitoring,regulation and management through the cloud data integration,transformation and application of building monomer and building community.By combing the pulse of the existing building information resources of some colleges and universities,combined with the actual operation and overall planning of the existing building operation and maintenance information needs of relevant colleges and universities,this paper conducts overall research and analysis on the relevant data framework from the perspective of information needs and guidance,so as to provide corresponding directions and references for the management departments engaged in operation and maintenance work in colleges and universities.
