摘要
为了解安徽某高硫铜铁矿石的性质,为后续选矿工艺技术研究提供支撑,通过化学分析、光学显微镜观察、扫描电镜EDS分析等手段对有代表性矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:矿石中主要有用铜矿物黄铜矿的含量为2.22%,主要有用硫化矿物磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿的含量分别为16.87%和9.09%,主要有用铁矿物磁铁矿的含量为7.97%;黄铜矿大多呈不规则粒状嵌布于脉石矿物中,且常常与磁黄铁矿紧密共生,部分粒状黄铜矿以包裹体形式嵌于黄铁矿中,黄铜矿的嵌布粒度粗细不均,-0.07 mm粒级分布率为55.61%,-0.01 mm粒级分布率为8.87%,这部分微细粒黄铜矿很难完全解离和回收;磁铁矿的嵌布粒度粗细不均,-0.07 mm粒级分布率为50.51%,磁铁矿大多呈斑状嵌布,其中常常包裹细粒、微细粒脉石矿物,这部分脉石包裹体要充分解离则必须细磨。
In order to understand the properties of a high sulfur copper iron ore in Anhui Province and provide support for the subsequent research on beneficiation technology,the process mineralogy of representative ore was studied by means of chemical analysis,optical microscope observation and scanning electron microscope EDS analysis.The results showed that the content of the main useful copper mineral chalcopyrite in the ore was 2.22%,the contents of main useful sulfide minerals pyrrhotite and pyrite were 16.87% and 9.09%,respectively,and the content of main useful iron mineral magnetite was 7.97%.Chalcopyrite is mostly irregularly granular and embedded in gangue minerals,and often closely associated with pyrrhotite.Part of the granular chalcopyrite is embedded in pyrite in the form of inclusions.The disseminated particle size of chalcopyrite is uneven.The distribution rate of -0.07 mm particle size is 55.61%,and the distribution rate of -0.01 mm particle size is 8.87%,this part of micro-fine chalcopyrite is difficult to dissociate and recover completely.The disseminated particle size of magnetite is uneven,and the distribution rate of -0.07 mm particle size is 50.51%.Magnetite is mostly patchy embedded,which often contains fine particle and micro-fine particle gangue minerals.This part of gangue inclusions must be finely ground to fully dissociate.
