基于克里金模型的无线电能传输优化设计

摘要 为了提高感应耦合式无线电能传输效率,基于有限元耦合线圈与无线电能传输(WPT)系统参考模型、串串型谐振补偿网络,提出了一种利用克里金模型与混合整数遗传算法相结合的优化策略,对耦合线圈结构参数进行优化设计,提高无线电能传输效率。仿真与实验结果表明,优化方案将WPT效率值提高了9.76%。最后,采用优化线圈结构数据搭建有限元仿真模型,计算值与仿真值计算精度达到了10-5,验证了优化线圈结构对应效率值的准确性。 In order to improve the efficiency of inductively coupled wireless power transfer,an optimization strategy combining kriging model and mixed integer genetic algorithm was proposed based on the reference model of finite element coupling coil and wireless power transfer(WPT)system and the string resonance compensation network.The coupling coil structure parameters were optimized to improve the wireless power transfer efficiency.Simulation and experimental results showed that the optimization scheme increased the efficiency value of WPT by 9.76%.Finally,a finite element simulation model was constructed using optimized coil structure data,and the accuracy of the calculated and simulated values reached 10-5,verifying the accuracy of the efficiency values corresponding to the optimized coil structure.
