高海拔高湿度环境下户外GIS典型漏气缺陷研究 被引量:1

摘要 某直流工程送端整流站户外GIS设备长期处于高海拔高湿度运行环境下,存在漏气缺陷处理工艺复杂、相关设备陪停范围广、检修周期长等问题,因此非常有必要开展典型漏气缺陷研究,掌握设备密封结构工艺、密封材料老化加剧原因等关键技术。通过4种典型漏气缺陷分析,得出了环境因素作用效果显著、安装工艺不良、设备及附件本身存在缺陷、法兰接触面不同材质对接等影响密封效果的结论。 The outdoor GIS equipment of a DC engineering rectifier station has been in a high altitude and high humidity operating environment for a long time,and there are leakage defects.Its treatment process is complex,the related equipment has a wide range of stops,and the maintenance cycle is long.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on typical leakage defects,and master key technologies such as equipment sealing structure technology and the reasons for the aging of sealing materials.Through the analysis of four typical leakage defects,it is concluded that the effect of environmental factors is significant,the installation process is poor,the equipment and accessories themselves are defective,and the flange contact surface is docked with different materials.
