摘要
面向乡村振兴战略,高校如何构建育人体系使得育人成果同乡村振兴成果紧密融合是当前高等教育亟待解决的难题。在深入分析高校助力乡村振兴实践中育人的现实意义和面临的困境基础上,本文提出“正向赋能,双向育人”的多维协同育人模式,厘清高校与帮扶地区双向输出的主体要素及运行机理。同时,结合“三全育人”目标要求,立足十大育人体系探索育人模式的具体路径。
Facing the rural revitalization strategy,it is an urgent problem for higher education to build a system of education and closely integrate the achievements of education with those of rural revitalization.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the practical significance and dilemma facing in the practice of helping rural revitalization,this article proposes a multidimensional collaboration model of positive empowerment,two-way education,clarifying the two-way output of universities and assistance areas for assistance areas.At the same time,based on the requirements of the Three Comprehensive Education goal,explore specific paths for education models based on the top ten education systems.
