摘要
以朝鲜蓟花苞为原料,采用超声辅助低共熔溶剂(DES)提取朝鲜蓟总多酚。以总多酚得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面试验优化朝鲜蓟总多酚提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取条件为料液比1∶20(g/L)、超声功率500 W、超声时间36min、超声温度63℃、L-苹果酸-氯化胆碱摩尔比1∶4、含水量63%,在此条件下朝鲜蓟总多酚得率为(11.25±0.12)mg/g。
Using artichoke flower buds as raw materials,ultrasonic assisted deep eutectic solvent(DES)was used to extract total polyphenols from artichoke.The extraction process of total polyphenols from artichoke was optimized by response surface test on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1:20(g/L),ultrasound power 500 W,ultrasound time 36 min,ultrasound temperature 63℃,molar ratio of L-malic acid to choline chloride 1:4,water content 63%.Under these conditions,the yield of total polyphenols from artichokes was(11.25±0.12)mg/g.
