毛薯多糖超声提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以毛薯为原料,采用超声提取毛薯多糖。在单因素试验的基础上通过正交试验优化毛薯多糖超声提取工艺,并研究毛薯多糖的抗氧化活性。结果表明:最佳提取条件为液料比25∶1(mL/g)、提取温度72℃、超声功率300 W、超声时间32 min,在此条件下毛薯多糖得率平均为7.29%。在毛薯多糖质量浓度为2.5 mg/mL时,其对DPPH·、·OH、·O_(2)^(-)的清除率分别为75.4%、62.1%、53.5%,表明毛薯多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性。 Using Dioscorea alata L.as raw material,ultrasonic extraction was used to extract Dioscorea alata L.polysaccharides.On the basis of single factor experiments,the ultrasonic extraction process of Dioscorea alata L.polysaccharides was optimized through orthogonal experiments,and the antioxidant activity of Dioscorea alata L.polysaccharides was studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 25(mL/g),extraction temperature 72℃,ultrasonic power 300 W,and ultrasonic time 32 min.Under these conditions,the average yield of Dioscorea alata L.polysaccharides was 7.29%.When the mass concentration of Dioscorea alata L.polysaccharides was 2.5 mg/mL,the scavenging rates of DPPH·、·OH、·0_(2)^(-),were 75.4%,62.1% and 53.5%,respectively,indicating that Dioscorea alata L.polysaccharides have strong antioxidant activity.
