摘要
本文以2013-2020年中国31个省市为样本,探讨数字经济对区域创新能力的影响,并进一步对人力资本积累和研发资本投入的中介作用进行深入研究。结果显示,数字经济对区域创新能力产生积极影响;人力资本积累和研发资本投入在数字经济影响区域创新能力的过程中发挥着中介作用;相较于欠发达地区,发达地区的数字经济对区域创新能力的促进作用更明显。对此,应该营造良好的数字经济发展环境,提高人力资本水平,加大研发投入力度,提升数字经济发展水平,实现数字经济赋能区域创新发展。
Taking 31 provinces and cities in China from 2013 to 2020 as samples,this paper explores the impact of digital economy on regional innovation capacity,and further studies the mediating role of human capital accumulation and R&D capital input.The results show that digital economy has a positive impact on regional innovation capability.Human capital accumulation and R&D capital input play an intermediary role in the process of digital economy affecting regional innovation capability.Compared with the less developed regions,the digital economy in the developed regions plays a more significant role in promoting regional innovation capacity.In this regard,we should create a favorable environment for the development of digital economy,raise the level of human capital,increase R&D investment,upgrade the development level of digital economy,and realize the regional innovative development of digital economy.
