摘要
黑磷,作为一种新兴的二维材料,因拥有独特的蜂窝褶皱状结构、良好的生物相容性、较快的载流子迁移率及可调的能带间隙等优势,在生物医疗、光电催化、锂离子电池和电化学传感等领域展现出广阔的应用潜力。尤其是单层或少层黑磷纳米片,凭借其比表面积大、活性位点丰富等特性,引起了电化学传感领域研究者们的广泛关注。基于此,本文首先详细介绍了二维黑磷的常见制备方法;然后系统论述了近年来二维黑磷基复合材料在电化学传感领域中的应用研究进展;最后对二维黑磷及其复合材料在该领域未来的发展方向和研究挑战提出了相应的见解,有望为二维黑磷在电化学传感中的应用提供重要参考。
As a newly emerging two-dimensional material,black phosphorus exhibits great application potential in biomedicine,photo/electrocatalysis,lithium-ion batteries and electrochemical sensing fields,due to its unique honeycomb pleated structure,good biocompatibility,fast charge carrier mobility and tunable band gap.Therein,single or few-layer black phosphorus nanosheets have attracted extensive attention from researchers in the field of electrochemical sensing because of their large specific surface area and abundant surface-active sites.In this review,the common preparation methods of two-dimensional black phosphorus are introduced firstly.Then,the recent research progress of two-dimensional black phosphorus-based nanocomposites in the field of electrochemical sensing is reviewed systematically.Finally,the corresponding future development directions and research challenges for this research field are proposed insightfully,which is expected to provide an important reference for the application of two-dimensional black phosphorus in electrochemical sensing.
