倍容量输电导线用高强殷钢丝新材料的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 倍容量输电导线是高端输电领域“皇冠上的明珠”产品,而高强殷钢丝是制作倍容量输电导线的关键材料。本文简要介绍了高强殷钢新材料的发展历程,并以倍容量输电导线为例,详细阐述了殷钢材料的强化措施。在此基础之上,重点介绍了河钢集团高强殷钢丝材料的研发现状。殷钢新材料的强化措施主要有细晶强化、形变强化、第二相析出沉淀强化及外加第二相纳米颗粒强化,河钢基于此,提出了“纳米尺度第二相复合析出颗粒增强殷钢”新思路,研制出了具有自主知识产权的新型高强殷钢丝材料。如何利用材料强塑性最新理论成果,使铝包殷钢丝复合材料的整体强度不小于1200 MPa,以及在降低镍、钼等昂贵金属含量的同时,仍能使殷钢保持较低的热膨胀特性,实现低成本殷钢产品的工业制造,是本专业领域亟需解决的重要难题和未来的重要发展方向。 Double-capacity transmission wire is the"crown jewel"product in the field of high-end power transmission,and the new material of high-strength Yin Steel wire is the key core material for making double-capacity transmission wire.This paper briefly introduces the development history of new materials of high-strength Yin Steel and takes the double-capacity transmission wire as an example to elaborate the strengthening measures of Yin Steel materials.On this basis,the research and development status of HBIS Group's high-strength Yin Steel wire materials are highlighted.Based on this,HBIS proposed a new idea of"nanoscale second-phase composite precipitation particles to enhance Yin Steel"and developed a new high-strength Yin Steel wire material with independent intellectual property rights.How to use the latest theoretical achievements of strong plasticity of materials,so that the overall strength of aluminum-clad Yin Steel wire composites is not less than 1200 MPa,and while reducing the content of expensive metals such as nickel and molybdenum,it can still keep the thermal expansion characteristics of Yin Steel and realize the industrial manufacturing of low-cost Yin Steel products is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in this professional field and an important development direction in the future.
