摘要
目的:探讨阿利沙坦酯片与厄贝沙坦片治疗冠心病合并高血压的效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年6月麻城市人民医院诊治的106例冠心病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(予以阿利沙坦酯片)与对照组(予以厄贝沙坦片治疗),各53例。比较两组的总有效率及治疗前后的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、血清心血管调节肽(Salusin-β)、孤独G蛋白耦联受体配体(Apelin)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、丙二醛(MDA)、血管扩张功能(FMD)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组白昼和夜间DBP、SBP及ET-1、MDA、Salusin-β水平均低于对照组,而NO、FMD、SOD、Apelin水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿利沙坦酯片与厄贝沙坦片治疗冠心病合并高血压均具有一定效果,但阿利沙坦酯片改善血管内皮功能、氧化应激指标及调节Salusin-β、Apelin表达效果更理想。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Alisartan Isoproxil Tablets and Irbesartan Tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Method:A total of 106 patients with coronary heart disease compliated with hypertension diagnosed and treated at People's Hospital of Macheng City from August 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(treated with Alisartan Isoproxil Tablets)and control group(treated with Irbesartan Tablets)using the random number table method,with 53 patients in each group.The total effective rate and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),and serum cardiovascular regulatory peptide(Salusin-β),lone G protein-coupled receptor ligand(Apelin),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),malondialdehyde(MDA),vasodilator function(FMD)before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the DBP,SBP during the day and night,ET-1,MDA,Salusin-βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of NO,FMD,SOD,Apelin were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Alisartan Isoproxil Tablets and Irbesartan Tablets have certain curative effects in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension,but Alisartan Isoproxil Tablets have better effects in improving vascular endothelial function,oxidative stress and regulating Salusin-βand Apelin expression.
