摘要
本文从目前我国药物滥用监测工作现状出发,对我国现阶段药物滥用监测工作中存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,并针对问题提出了建立健全科学完备的监测法律法规体系,明确各职能部门监测工作职责,完善监测预警体系,探索发展监测工作新模式等建议。
Based on the present situation of drug abuse monitoring work,this paper analyzes the problems existing in drug abuse monitoring work at the present stage.In view of the problems,suggestions are put forward to establish a sound scientific and complete system of monitoring laws and regulations,clarify the monitoring duties of various functional departments,improve the monitoring and early warning system,and explore the development of a new model of monitoring work.
