Method Validation Experimental Design for the Determination of Functional Ingredient in Lutein Chewable Tablets

摘要 为培养学生的实践和应用能力,设计叶黄素咀嚼片中功效成分含量测定方法学验证综合试验。采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定叶黄素咀嚼片中的叶黄素含量,进行专属性、线性、精密度、准确度、稳定性等指标的方法学考察,为叶黄素咀嚼片质量控制和功效成分含量的测定奠定基础。试验不仅让学生掌握方法学验证的思路、内容和过程,而且训练学生综合运用所学知识解决实际问题的能力,在实践中交流合作,科学探索。 To cultivate students' practice and application ability,a comprehensive experiment of method validation for the determination of the content of functional component in lutein chewable tablets was designed.The UV-vis spectrophotometry was performed for determination of lutein content in lutein chewable tables.Method validation included exclusivity,linearity,precision,accuracy and stability,which laid the foundation for the control the quality and assay the content of functional ingredient in lutein chewable tablets.The comprehensive experiment not only enables students to master the idea,content and process of method validation,but also strengthens the students' ability to apply their knowledge to solve practical problems.In addition,it is helpful to cultivate students' spirit of cooperation and scientific inquiry.
