摘要
梳理挖掘与食品行业紧密相关的中华优秀传统文化如饮食文化、农耕文化、酒文化、茶文化等丰富的文化育人资源,通过课程教学、实践活动、课外学习等多种途径有机融入到食品科学与工程类专业人才培养全过程,提升了文化育人的穿透力,学生坚定了文化自信,与专业教育起到了协同育人的效果,促进了学生的全面发展。
Sort out and explore the rich talents-cultivating resources of Chinese excellent traditional culture closely related to the food industry,such as food culture,farming culture,wine culture,tea culture,etc.Through various ways such as curriculum teaching,practical activities,extracurricular learning etc.,organically integrate into the whole process of talent cultivation of food science and engineering majors,which improves the penetration of cultural education,strengthens students' cultural confidence,plays a synergistic effect with professional education,and promotes the all-round development of students.
