摘要
目的:分析增强多层螺旋CT与3.0T MRI检查在肝脏占位性病变临床诊断中的应用价值.方法:选取2020年3月至2022年3月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的89例肝脏占位性病变患者为研究对象.根据不同的诊断方法,将其分为观察组(n=46,3.0T MRI检查)和对照组(n=43,增强CT检查).分析两组影像学图像表现及诊断价值,比较两组的不良反应及受检者耐受情况.结果:以术后切除组织的病理学检查结果为金标准,两组漏诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的诊断符合率高于对照组,误诊率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率及视觉模拟评分(VAS),均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:增强多层螺旋CT与3.0T MRI检查,在肝脏占位性病变诊断中的应用效果均较为显著,但3.0T MRI检查的诊断符合率及安全性更高.
Objective:To analyze the application value of enhanced multi-slice spiral CT and 3.OT MRI examination in the clinical diagnosis of liver space-occupying lesions.Methods:Eighty-nine patients with liver space-occupying lesions who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and according to different examination methods,they were divided into observation group(n=46,3.OT MRI examination)and control group(n=43,enhanced CT examination).The image manifestations and diagnostic value of the two groups were analyzed,and the adverse reactions and tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results:Taking the results of pathological examination as the gold standard,there was no significant difference in the missed diagnosis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the misdiagnosis rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,there were significant statistically difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of enhanced multi-slice spiral CT and 3.OT MRI in the diagnosis of liver space-occupying lesions are both significant,but the diagnostic coincidence rate and safety of 3.OT MRI are higher.
