摘要
近年来,砂岩型铀矿钻探工作量迅速增长,勘查方向、范围不断扩大,对铀矿钻探施工提出了更高的技术要求。伊犁盆地南缘深部地层是铀矿找矿主要突破方向之一,但该区千米钻孔存在地质条件复杂、孔斜大、成孔困难等问题,严重影响千米钻孔钻探效率、钻孔质量和地质找矿成果,同时深孔孔斜防控也是钻探关键技术之一。在对伊犁盆地南缘工区地层特征和已完成的千米钻孔施工情况分析的基础上,基于地层、钻井工具、操作因素3方面对形成孔斜的原因进行分析,从底部钻具组合和钻具中和点位置两个关键点切入,开展钻孔防斜打直技术优化和改进研究。2022年,改进的防斜钻具组合在工区3个千米钻孔应用成功,千米钻孔孔斜偏距得到了有效控制,钻孔施工质量良好,达到深部勘查找矿目的。推广和应用改进后的钻孔孔斜防控技术,可解决伊犁盆地南缘千米钻孔的孔斜控制难的问题,降低钻孔偏距,减少孔眼位置的不确定性,为区内深孔防斜打直提供了新的方法和途径,也可为今后其他相似地区钻探施工提供参考和借鉴。
In recent years,the workload of sandstone-type uranium drilling has increased rapidly,and the exploration direction and scope have been expanded,which require higher technical requirements.In the southern margin of Yili basin,the deep formation is one of the main target of uranium prospecting.However,complex geological conditions,great inclination of hole bottom,and difficulty in hole construction,seriously affect the drilling efficiency,drilling quality and geological prospecting results of kilometer-deep drilling holes.Therefore,the prevention and control of deep hole deviation become the key technology of drilling.Based on analyzing the characteristics of the formation and completed the kilometer-boreholes,drilling tools,operation factors,the cause of the hole inclination was recognized,the technology to correct inclination to upright drilling was optimized from the way of bottom drilling combination and drilling neutralization point position.In 2022,the improved drilling combination was used to 3 kilometer-boreholes successfully in the work area,the deviation was effectively controlled,the drilling construction quality meet the standard and achieved the purpose of deep exploration prospecting.The Improved deviation control technology solved the hole deviation control problem of kilometer-boreholes in the southern margin of Yili basin by reducing the hole deviation,hole position uncertainty,and will provide a new method for the similar area drilling construction.
