佛坪保护区冬、夏季大熊猫与同域分布种的活动节律 被引量:2

Activity rhythms of giant panda and its sympatraic mammals inwinter and summer in Foping National Nature Reserve

摘要 为研究佛坪国家级保护区大熊猫(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)与同域分布的兽类物种活动节律,于2021年12月—2022年8月,利用红外相机技术对陕西佛坪自然保护区三官庙保护站冬、夏两季的兽类物种活动进行了调查。共布设44台红外相机,两季度累计4 363个相机工作日,获得1 150张兽类独立有效照片,共鉴定出18个兽类物种,分属4目11科。计算了冬、夏两季兽类物种相对丰富度(RAIs)。采用核密度估计方法,分析了兽类物种冬、夏两季的活动节律,并将大熊猫与同域分布,且存在生态位重叠的兽类的活动节律进行了重叠分析。研究结果可为佛坪保护区的大熊猫与同域分布动物的时空生态位分化,栖息地利用等研究工作提供基础数据。 To study the activity rhythms of giant panda(Ailuropoda melanoleuca)and its sympatraic mammals in Foping National Nature Reserve,from December 2021 to August 2022,infrared camera technology was used to investigate the activities of mammal species in Sanguanmiao protection station,Foping National Nature Reserve.A total of 44 infrared cameras were set and 1150 independent photos of mammals were obtained within 4363 camera working days in the two seasons.A total of 18 mammal species,belonging to 4 orders and 11 families were identified.The relative abundance of mammal species in winter and summer was calculated.By using the kernel density estimation method,the activity rhythms of mammal species in winter and summer were analyzed,and overlap analysis was carried out on the activity rhythms of giant panda and the sympatraic mammals which have overlapping ecological niche with the giant panda.The research results can provide scientific verification and reference for research work on the temporal and spatial niche differentiation and habitat utilization of the giant panda and its sympatric animals in Foping Reserve.
