EVA改性沥青温度敏感性及高温稳定性研究

摘要 【目的】针对沥青路面在夏季容易出现车辙等病害问题,选取乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)对沥青进行改性,以减少路面病害的发生。【方法】利用动态剪切流变仪对不同掺量的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA的含量分别为0%、3%、6%和9%)改性沥青进行动态温度扫描试验,对表征沥青温度敏感性评价指标黏温指数进行研究分析。【结果】结果表明:基于动态剪切流变试验的黏温指数可以作为沥青材料的温度敏感性评价指标,VTS绝对值越大,表示沥青材料的温度敏感性越高。【结论】EVA作为沥青改性剂能够有效降低沥青的温度敏感性,并且随着改性剂含量的增加,温度敏感性逐渐下降。 [Purposes]The asphalt pavement is prone to rutting and other diseases in summer.The copolymer of ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)was used to modify asphalt to reduce the occurrence of pavement diseases.[Methods]The modified asphalt using of different dosage(0%,3%,6%and 9%,respectively)of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)after high speed shearing emulsification preparation of was carried out and the dynamic shear rheological experiments were completed based on the thermodynamic theory.[Findings]The experimental results were analyzed using the Han function of different dosage of EVA modified asphalt under different temperature conditions based on thermodynamic theory.[Conclusions]The results show that in the logarithmic coordinate system,the slopes of the Han curve of the storage modulus of EVA modified asphalt are positively correlated with temperature,and there is no temperature dependence.The slopes of the Han curve decreased with the increase of EVA content at each test temperature(30℃,40℃,50℃and 60℃,respectively),indicating that the compatibility between EVA modifier and matrix asphalt gradually deteriorated with the increase of EVA content.
