摘要
燃烧爆炸事故是对成品油库安全的重要威胁。为探究成品油罐在罐顶破坏后液面挥发产生的油气爆炸在罐区产生的高温和超压的分布规律,文中采用计算流体力学软件FLACS对内浮顶汽油储罐在罐顶损毁后的爆炸过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,罐内油气爆炸会造成油罐内部区域温度急剧升高,但储罐外部区域温度上升不明显;由于开敞状态有利于泄压,油气爆炸在储罐内外产生的超压都比较小,不足以对设备和人员造成损伤;当油气浓度大到一定程度时,由于空气量不足,最大超压反而降低。
Combustion and explosion accidents are an important threat to the safety of refined oil depots.In order to explore the distribution law of high temperature and overpressure in the tank area caused by the oil and gas explosion caused by the volatilization of the liquid surface of the product oil tank after the tank top is destroyed,this paper uses the computational fluid dynamics software FLACS to analyze the internal floating roof gasoline storage tank after the tank top is damaged.The explosion process was numerically simulated.The results show that the oil and gas explosion in the tank will cause the temperature of the inner area of the oil tank to rise sharply,but the temperature increase of the outer area of the storage tank is not obvious;because the open state is conducive to pressure relief,the overpressure generated by the oil and gas explosion inside and outside the storage tank is relatively small,which is not enough to cause damage to equipment and personnel;when the oil and gas concentration is large to a certain extent,due to insufficient air volume,the maximum overpressure is reduced instead.
