摘要
采用针刺法将2种线密度的聚乳酸(PLA)纤维与黏胶纤维加工成不同的非织造布以制备面膜膜布,观察其表观形貌,并进一步测试其力学性能、吸液性能、失液性能、透气性能、透湿性能、柔软性能及贴肤性能。结果表明:针刺法可作为面膜膜布的一种加工方法;在黏胶纤维中混合一定比例的PLA纤维,所得产品在悬垂性和黏附强力方面有更优的表现;提出的面膜膜布黏附强力测试方法可为面膜贴肤性能的评价提供参考。
Two kinds of polylactic acid(PLA) fibers with varied linear densities and viscose fibers were processed into different nonwovens by needle punching to prepare base cloth of facial masks.The morphology was observed,and the mechanical property,liquid absorption property,liquid loss property,air permeability property,moisture permeability property,soft property and skin adhesive property were further tested.The results showed that,needle punching could be used as a processing method for preparing base cloth of facial masks.Mixing a certain proportion of PLA fibers in viscose fibers,the products with better performance in drape and adhesion strength could be obtained.The test method of the adhesive strength for base cloth of facial masks could provide references for the evaluation of the adhesive performance of face masks.
