摘要
为了研究采用单开孔装药结构下爆炸分离钛合金板的过程,基于物质点法建立了钛合金爆炸分离的数值模型,利用Petri网进行建模分析,通过Fortran程序语言自编物质点程序对爆炸分离过程进行了仿真,将程序计算结果与现有商用软件AUTODYN以及真实试验结果进行对比,得到了不同时刻下钛合金板应力分布状况,分析了板材断裂过程。通过运用Mises屈服准则进行断裂判定,并对比了模拟与试验的板材损伤程度。结果表明:物质点法适用于爆炸分离试验,其模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,采用单孔14 mm炮孔直径进行爆炸分离时,钛合金板能被完全分离,且板材两侧损伤较大。
In order to study the process of explosive separation of titanium alloy plate with single opening hole charge structure,a numerical model of explosive separation of titanium alloy is established based on the material point method,which is modeled and analyzed by Petri net,and the explosive separation process is simulated by using the material point program compiled by Fortran program language.The program calculation results are compared with the existing commercial software AUTODYN and the real test results,the stress distribution of titanium alloy plate at different times is obtained,and the plate fracture process is analyzed.The Mises yield criterion is used to determine the fracture,and the damage degree of the simulated and tested plates is compared.The results show that the material point method is suitable for explosive separation test,and its simulation results are basically consistent with the test results.When the explosive separation is carried out with a single hole diameter of 14 mm,the titanium alloy plate can be completely separated,and the damage on both sides of the plate is large.
