摘要
在A356合金中添加Zr能够改善A356合金的力学性能,研究Zr添加量和热处理参数对A356合金力学性能的影响,结果表明,添加Zr能够细化A356合金的枝晶、二次枝晶臂间距和共晶硅,共晶硅形貌从链条状变短棒状,当添加w(Zr)=0.15%时细化效果最好,二次枝晶臂间距、共晶硅尺寸最小。热处理参数对A356-0.15Zr合金力学性能影响较大,最佳热处理参数为530℃/4 h+175℃/6 h。
Adding Zr to A356 alloy can improve the mechanical properties of A356 alloy.The effect of Zr content and heat treatment parameters on the mechanical properties of A356 alloy was studied in this paper.The results show that adding Zr can refine the dendrite and secondary dendrite arm spacing and eutectic silicon of A356 alloy.The morphology of eutectic silicon changes from chain-like to short-rod-like.When the adding amount of Zr is 0.15wt%,the refining effect is the best,the secondary dendrite arm spacing and the size of eutectic silicon are the smallest.The heat treatment parameters have a great influence on the mechanical properties of A356-0.15Zr alloy.The optimal heat treatment parameters are 530℃/4 h+175℃/6 h.
