摘要
目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物在不同孕周女性流产效果。方法选取2020年1月~12月本院就诊的不同孕周进行终止妊娠的女性394例进行回顾性分析。以5~7周作为观察组(210例),8~12周作为对照组(184例),所有患者服用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物,时间:14d,统计两组流产率;排出胚胎组织时间、阴道流血时间和月经恢复时间、阴道出血量;清宫情况。结果观察组、对照组完全流产率为83.33%、80.43%,观察组高于对照组但无明显差异(P>0.05);两组孕囊排出时间无明显差异,但观察组阴道流血时间和月经恢复时间及阴道流血量均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组24小时内流产率和清宫例数比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组经术后复查再次清宫例数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组E2、P、h CG激素水平较干预前下降,且观察组以上各数值下降更为明显,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物在不同孕周女性流产效果中,疗效显著,安全性高,早期孕周使用,其流产率高,清宫后出血量和流血时间更短。
Objective To investigate the abortion effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in women of diferent gestational age.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 394 cases of women who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 for termination of pregnancy at diferent gestational weeks.The observation group(210 cases)was selected at 5 to 7 weeks,and the control group(184 cases)was selected at 8 to 12 weeks.All patients received mifepristone combined with misoprostol for 14 days.The excretion time of embryonic tssue,vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time and vaginal bleeding volume of the two groups were observed.Statistics of two groups of Qing palace.Results The total abortion rate of the observation group and the control group was 83.33%and 80.43%,and the observation group was higher than the control group but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in gestational sac discharge time between the two groups,but the vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time and vaginal bleeding volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the abortion rate and the number of clear-uterine cases within 24 hours between the two groups(P>0.05),but the number of re-clear-uterine cases in the observation group after postoperative review was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of E2,P and hCG in the 2 groups were decreased compared with those before intervention,and the above values were decreased more significantly in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol has significant eficacy and high safety in the abortion effect of women of different gestational weeks.When used in the early gestational weeks,the abortion rate is high,and the bleeding amount and bleeding time after clearing the uterus are shorter.
