摘要
目的 分析重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合磺胺嘧啶银乳膏及拜尔坦泡沫敷料在Ⅱ期压疮管理中的应用价值。方法 将2021年8月~2022年6月我院收治的90例中晚期肿瘤Ⅱ期压疮患者按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察A组与观察B组,每组30例。对照组给予莫匹罗星软膏涂抹后,予以无菌纱块覆盖;观察A组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶与磺胺嘧啶银乳膏混合涂敷创面后,予以无菌纱块覆盖;观察B组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶与磺胺嘧啶银乳膏混合涂敷创面后,予以拜尔坦泡沫敷料覆盖。观察比较3组的临床疗效、创口愈合时间、疼痛情况及患者满意度。结果 观察B组的总有效率、患者满意度均明显高于观察A组和对照组,且观察A组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。3组患者的创口愈合时间比较,观察B组均明显短于观察A组和对照组,且观察A组明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后第1、7、14天时,观察B组的疼痛评分明显低于观察A组和对照组,且观察A组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合磺胺嘧啶银乳膏及拜尔坦泡沫敷料覆盖治疗Ⅱ期压疮的疗效显著,能有效缩短创口愈合时间,减轻疼痛程度,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with sulfadiazine silver cream and Bertan foam dressing in the management of stageⅱpressure ulceration.Methods According to the random number table method,90 patients with advanced stageⅱpressure ulcers treated in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from August 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group,observation group A and observation group B,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mupiroxin ointment+aseptic gauze;the observation group A was treated with recombinant bovine fibroblast growth factor gel+silver sulfadiazine cream+aseptic gauze;the observation group B was treated with recombinant bovine fibroblast growth factor gel+silver sulfadiazine cream+Bertan foam dressing.The curative effect,wound healing time,pain and patient satisfaction were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate(96.67%vs 80.00%,63.33%)and patient satisfaction(96.67%vs 76.67%,60.00%)in group B were significantly higher than that in group A and control group,and group A was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of group B[(12.78±3.59)days vs(16.15±3.40)days,(20.55±4.26)days]was significantly shorter than that of group A and control group,and group A was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).On the 1st,7th and 14th day after treatment,the pain score of observation group B was significantly lower than that of observation group A and control group,and the pain score of observation group A was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with sulfadiazine silver cream and Bertan foam dressing has a significant effect on the treatment of stageⅱpressure sore,which can effectively shorten the wound healing time,relieve pain and improve patient satisfaction.
