摘要
随着遥感技术及信息技术的发展,空天地一体化环境监测技术的应用越来越广泛。本文比较了“空”“天”“地”监测技术在监测范围、时空分辨率、作业条件、成本效率等方面的优缺点,介绍了空天地一体化监测管理系统的分层构架,指出了管理系统运行中关键技术主要包括多源数据融合方法、核心算法及分析建模等,并根据该技术在水环境、大气环境、水土保持、自然资源及自然灾害监测预警中的应用情况,对空天地一体化生态环境监测系统的未来发展和应用前景进行了展望。
With the development of remote sensing and information technology,the application of space-air-ground integrated envi⁃ronmental monitoring technology is becoming increasingly widespread.This paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of“space”“air”“ground”monitoring technology in terms of monitoring scope,space-time resolution,operating condition,and cost efficiency,and introduced the layered architecture of the space-air-ground integrated monitoring management system.It pointed out that the key technologies in the operation of the management system mainly include multi-source data fusion method,core algo⁃rithm,and analysis modeling,etc.According to the application of this technology in monitoring and warning of water environment,atmosphere environment,soil and water conservation,natural resources and natural disasters,this paper prospected the future devel⁃opment and application of space-air-ground integrated environmental monitoring system.
