摘要
通过介绍滤池自控系统中气动阀门的控制需求,分析不同工况下气动阀门不同控制方式及选择。结合市政工程实例,探讨气动阀门控制方式在滤池控制系统中的比选应用,希望在滤池控制系统阀门控制方式选取灵活性上提供一定参考,优化不同工况下滤池控制系统中气动阀门的控制,提高污水处理工艺运行的稳定性。
This paper introduces the control requirements of pneumatic valves in filter automatic control system,analyzes the different control modes and choices of pneumatic valves under different working conditions.Finally,combined with municipal engineering examples,the comparative application of pneumatic valve control mode in filter control system is discussed,hoping to provide some reference for the flexibility of valve control mode selection in filter control system,optimize the control of pneumatic valve in filter control system under different working conditions,and improve the stability of sewage treatment process operation.
