摘要
运用轮式工程装备底盘测功机对装备动力性能进行检测,改变了工程装备等重型车辆整车动力性能检测的现状,提高了检测数据的真实性与准确性;通过测试装备的底盘输出功率、底盘传动系统损耗功率和测功机台架损耗功率,研究工程装备的整车动力性能,通过实验数据计算发动机的实际输出功率。文章着重研究基于底盘测功机的工程装备输出功率测试,实验数据表明测试系统与传统测试设备的测试结果具有较高的一致性。
Using the chassis dynamometer of wheeled engineering equipment to detect the dynamic performance of equipment changes the status quo of the dynamic performance detection of heavy vehicles such as engineering equipment,and improves the au-thenticity and accuracy of the test data.Through testing the chassis output power,chassis transmission system loss and dynamometer bench loss,the whole vehicle dynamic performance of engineering equipment is studied,and the actual engine output power is calcu-lated through the experimental data.This paper focuses on the output power test of engineering equipment based on chassis dynamom-eter.The experimental data show that the test results of this test system are in good agreement with those of traditional test equipment.
