基于DOE和信噪比的手套箱外盖注塑工艺参数优化 被引量:2

摘要 对汽车手套箱外盖的结构进行整体分析,为满足其复杂结构的要求并解决实际生产中出现的质量缺陷,结合Moldex3D软件,优化了浇注位置,设计了传统水路冷却+隔水板冷却的混合冷却方案。以塑件翘曲变形量为质量目标,采用DOE和信噪比均值分析方法优化注塑工艺参数,最佳工艺参数组合为充填时间2.11s、塑料温度260℃、模具温度30℃、保压时间10 s、保压压力147 MPa、冷却时间15.89 s,其中,对翘曲变形量影响最大的是模具温度。优化后,缩痕指数从0.071%降低至0.041%,降低了42.25%,体积收缩率从11.351%降低至9.005%,降低了20.67%,翘曲变形量从4.446 mm降低至1.521 mm,降低了65.79%,表面质量更加均匀,保压效果更佳,优化效果明显。经过注塑工艺参数优化和实际试生产检验后,产品性能稳定,满足注塑生产要求。 Based on the integral structural analysis of the outer cover of the glove box,aiming at the requirements of the complex structure and the quality defects in actual production,combined with Moldex3D software,the gate position was optimized,and a mixed water cooling channel of tradition and water baffle was designed.Taking the warpage deformation of component as the quality target,the injection molding process parameters were optimized by DOE and SNR analysis methods.The optimal process parameters were as follows:the flling time was 2.11 s,the plastic temperature was 260℃,the mold temperature was 30 ℃,the holding pressure time was 10 s,the pressure holding pressure was 147 MPa,and the cooling time was 15.89 s,among which the mold temperature was the greatest factor on the warpage deformation.After optimization,the sink index decreased from 0.071%to 0.041%,reduced by 42.25%,the volume shrinkage decreased by 20.67%from 11.351%to 9.005%,and the warpage deformation decreased by 65.79%from 4.446 mm to 1.521 mm.The surface quality was more uniform and the holding pressure effect was better.The optimization effect was obvious.After the optimization of injection process parameters and the actual test run,the product had stable performance which could met therequirement of injection production.
