线上线下混合式教学模式在肿瘤教学中的应用——以皖南医学院“肿瘤学概论”为例

摘要 目的 以“肿瘤学概论”为例,探究线上线下混合式教学模式在肿瘤教学中的应用效果。方法 选择本校2018级临床医学本科学生90名作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各45名。观察组采用线上线下混合式教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组学生2个月及4个月的考试成绩以及学生对教学的满意度评价。结果 观察组学生2个月和4个月时进行的考试分别为(83.69±6.53)分和(85.16±6.57)分,优于对照组的(79.51±6.64)分和(80.09±6.92)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2个月及4个月时对教学满意度评分分别为(44.09±4.04)分和(43.91±4.52)分,高于对照组的(40.58±4.36)分和(40.33±4.07)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用“线上线下混合式”联合课程可明显提高肿瘤教学的质量与效果。 Objective Taking “Introduction to Oncology”course as an example,to explore the application effect of online and offline blended teaching mode in oncology teaching.Methods 90 undergraduate clinical medicine students of grade 2018 were selected as study subjects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the combination of online and offline teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The test scores of the two groups aftertwo and four months,and the students' satisfaction with teaching were compared.Results The periodic examination after two months and the final examination after four months in the observation group were(83.69±6.53) and(85.16±6.57) points respectively,which were better than(79.51±6.64)and(80.09±6.92) points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group aftertwo and four months were(44.09±4.04) and(43.91±4.52) points,respectively,higher than(40.58±4.36) and(40.33±4.07) points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of online and offline blended teaching mode can obviously improve the quality and effect of oncology course teaching.
