摘要
为进一步从水下生产控制紧急关断系统的整体到局部开展可靠性研究,提高系统及设备的可靠性,采用层次分析法对水下生产控制紧急关断系统开展可靠性分配研究,将给定的可靠性指标合理分配至水下紧急关断系统的各设备单元,通过实例验证了可靠性分配方法的有效性。为水下紧急关断系统可靠性设计提供合理化的指导,进而优化设计并提高产品选型质量。
For purpose of investigating the emergency shutdown system’s reliability from the whole to the part in the control of subsea production, and improving the reliability of both the system and equipment, the analytic hierarchy process was employed for the reliability allocation research and having the given reliability index reasonably allocated to each equipment unit of the subsea emergency shutdown system. Some examples verified effectiveness of the reliability allocation method and it would provide rational guidance for the reliability design to improve the quality of product selection.
