摘要
目的分析缺血性脑卒中并糖尿病患者临床治疗时采取氯吡格雷联合磺酰脲类降糖药治疗的临床有效性。方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月莒县人民医院收治的88例缺血性脑卒中并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法随机分为对照组、研究组,每组44例。对照组予以基础治疗+氯吡格雷+二甲双胍,研究组予以基础治疗+氯吡格雷+磺酰脲类降糖药(格列美脲片)。治疗前后检测患者血糖水平并记录用药期间出现的不良反应。结果治疗前两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中并糖尿病患者以氯吡格雷联合磺酰脲类降糖药作为治疗方案相对比氯吡格雷联合二甲双胍的疗效更确切,可促使患者血糖指标进一步改善,提高降糖效果。氯吡格雷联合磺酰脲类降糖药的不良反应更低,药物安全性得到保障。
Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of Clopidogrel combined with sulfonylurea in the clinical treatment of patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes.Methods 88 patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes admitted to Juxian People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and study group according to random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment+Clopidogrel+Metformin,while the study group received basic treatment+Clopidogrel+sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs(Glimepiride Tablets).Measure the patient's blood glucose levels before and after treatment and record any adverse reactions that occurred during the medication period.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes mellitus,Clopidogrel combined with sulfonylurea as a treatment regimen is more effective than Clopidogrel combined with Metformin,which further improves blood glucose indexes and hypoglycemic effects.The adverse reactions of Clopidogrel combined with sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs are lower and the drug safety is guaranteed.
