摘要
针对航天产品在装配过程中螺纹点胶无法定量控制的现状,在分析产品结构特点及相应工艺流程的基础上,设计了一种基于PLC控制的便携式螺纹定量点胶设备。通过初步试验表明:该设备操作简单、胶液量化精度高、点胶效率快,能很好地满足生产需求。
Aiming at the current situation that the thread dispensing of aerospace products cannot be controlled quantitatively in the assembly process,this paper analyzes the product structure characteristics and the corresponding process flow,designs a portable thread dispensing equipment based on PLC.The preliminary test shows that the equipment has the advantages of simple operation,high dispensing accuracy and fast dispensing efficiency,and can well meet the production needs.
