摘要
某型飞机用作动筒安装在起落架支柱与机体之间,作为飞机构成中的一个重要组成部分,功用是将液压系统中的液压能转变为机械能的执行元件,用于飞机起飞/着陆时为起落架的收放提供操纵力。其结构一般由筒体、活塞杆、密封圈及管嘴座组成。文中提到的作动筒近年来在交付用户之后经常出现油液污染度高于要求值或者有残渣铁屑等现象,针对该现象,通过对其制造加工、工艺装配及试验验收等各个环节进行复查、分析,并重新设计不同液压系统进行试验验证对比,有效解决了该问题,为后续产品交付油液污染度超限等问题提供了有效的解决办法。
The actuator used in a certain type of aircraft is installed between the landing gear pillar and the body,as an important part of the aircraft composition,the function is to convert the hydraulic energy in the hydraulic system into mechanical energy of the actuator,which is used to provide control force for the landing gear retraction during takeoff and landing process.Its structure is generally composed of a cylinder,a piston rod,a sealing ring and a nozzle seat.In view of this phenomenon,the phenomenon of oil pollution higher than the required value or residue iron filings often occurs in the mentioned actuator after delivery to the user.In view of this phenomenon,the manufacturing processing,process assembly and test acceptance and other links are reviewed and analyzed,and different hydraulic systems are redesigned for test verification and comparison,which effectively solves the problem and provides an effective solution to the problems of oil pollution exceeding the limit of subsequent product delivery.
