摘要
本文主要以金属材料为例,讨论力学性能中最常见的硬度和材料硬度的影响因素,以及目前解决影响的方法,发展金属材料硬度的研究现状和各类优化测量硬度和提升材料硬度的方式方法,并根据目前研究讨论其各硬度性能的产生原理和实验方法。从其组织、性能、加工方法方面探讨影响金属材料硬度的处理,从中考虑如何得到目标硬度的材料。
This article mainly takes metal materials as an example to discuss the most common hardness in mechanical properties and the influencing factors on material hardness,as well as the current methods to solve the impact,the current research status of developing metal material hardness,and various optimization methods for measuring hardness and improving material hardness.And based on current research,discuss the principles and experimental methods for generating various hardness properties.Explore the treatment that affects the hardness of metal materials from their organization,performance,and processing methods,and consider how to obtain the target hardness of the material.
