论中国乡村空间都市消费化转型与乡村振兴 被引量:5

Urban consumerization transformation of rural space and rural revitalization in China

摘要 伴随着消费文化的蔓延以及城市空间的拓展,乡村空间功能形态、组织关系和运行逻辑的都市消费化转型趋势日益显著。本文在厘清乡村空间都市消费化转型概念内涵的基础上,搭建了中国乡村空间都市消费化转型的分析框架及其与乡村振兴的衔接逻辑,并以典型乡村为例剖析其空间转型过程及振兴机制。主要结论如下:①乡村空间都市消费化转型是在全球化、城镇化和消费化背景下,乡村空间从侧重物质生产功能转向侧重非物质生产和消费功能的过程,表现为城市元素注入与消费倾向加深,包括物质空间的消费化与商品化、空间主体的多元化与现代化、外部资本运作与文化介入、空间组织的制度化与市场化。②中国乡村空间的都市消费化转型与乡村振兴的衔接逻辑体现在物质空间再造与乡村产业转型升级、城市外部群体介入与乡村发展主体强化、城市资本运作与乡村社会结构优化、空间组织转变与乡村治理现代化4个方面。③典型案例乡村的实证表明,乡村空间都市消费化转型伴随着乡村产业转型和业态多元、发展主体强化、社会活力增强和治理效果提升。经济形态、社会结构、组织关系和制度体系等方面的变革与重塑成为推动乡村振兴的内在逻辑,城市资本和主体是推动乡村空间转型的关键。对乡村空间都市消费化转型理论与实证的结合分析,旨在丰富和深化乡村空间转型理论,为乡村转型发展与振兴提供理论支撑和实践参考。 With the spread of consumer culture and the expansion of urban space,the functional form,organizational connection and operational logic of rural space has undergone transformation and reconstruction.The urban consumption transformation of rural space has emerged.Based on clarifying the concept and connotation of rural spatial urban consumerization transformation,this paper builds an analytical framework for urban consumerization transformation of rural space and rural revitalization in China,and analyzes its spatial transformation process and revitalization mechanism.The results show that:(1)The urban consumerization transformation of rural space is a process in which rural space shifts from focusing on material production functions to focusing on non-material production and consumption functions under the background of globalization,urbanization and consumerization.It is manifested in the consumerization and commercialization of material space,the diversification and modernization of space subjects,the operation and cultural intervention of external capital,and the institutionalization and marketization of space organization.(2)The logic of connection between urban consumption transformation and rural revitalization of rural space in China is reflected in the reconstruction of physical space and the transformation and upgrading of rural industries,the intervention of external groups in cities and the strengthening of the main body of rural development,the operation of urban capital and the optimization of rural social structure,and the transformation of spatial organization and the modernization of rural governance.(3)The empirical evidence of typical case villages shows that the urban consumption transformation of rural space is accompanied by the transformation of rural industries and the diversification of business formats,the strengthening of development subjects,the enhancement of social vitality and the improvement of governance effects.The reform and remodeling of economic form,social structure,organizational relationship and institutional system have become the internal logic of promoting rural revitalization,and urban capital and the main body are the key to promoting spatial transformation.The theoretical and empirical analysis of rural spatial urbanization transformation aims to enrich the rural spatial transformation theory,and provide theoretical support and practical reference for rural transformation,development and revitalization.
