摘要
目的探究护士分层护理管理模式的应用效果。方法遴选2019年12月—2020年11月期间在莱州市人民医院工作的22名护士为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,每组11名,对照组行常规护理管理模式,研究组行护士分层护理管理模式,对比分析两组护士考试成绩、思维能力、综合护理质量与护理工作满意度。结果与对照组相比,研究组的考试成绩评分、思维能力评分、综合护理质量评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组的护理工作满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中行护士分层护理管理模式可显著提升护士的考试成绩、思维能力、综合护理质量与护理工作满意度。
Objective Exploring the application effect of nurse hierarchical nursing management model.Methods 22 nurses who worked at the People's Hospital of Laizhou City from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 11 nurses in each group.The control group received routine nursing management mode,while the study group received stratified nursing management mode.The test scores,thinking abilities,comprehensive nursing quality,and nursing job satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores in exam scores,thinking ability scores,and comprehensive nursing quality scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher level of satisfac⁃tion with nursing work,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying nurses'hierar⁃chical nursing management mode in nursing management can significantly improve nurses'test scores,thinking abil⁃ity,comprehensive nursing quality and nursing job satisfaction.
