摘要
目的探究新生儿医生培训应用双向评价反馈模式的可行性。方法选取2022年2—8月长春市妇产医院新生儿科15名临床医生为研究对象,同一批医师根据时间不同分组,2022年2—5月为对照组(n=15)实施传统教学模式,2022年6—8月为观察组(n=15)实施双向评价反馈模式,对比两组新生儿科医生的从临床思维能力、考核成绩以及培训质量。结果观察组医生学习意识、学习行为、学习评价、学习策略的临床思维能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生理论成绩、基础考核成绩、专科操作的学习成绩评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生提升参与意识、提升学习效率、扎实操作能力、解决问题能力的教学质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿科医生实施双向评价反馈模式完成临床培训,能够显著改善其临床思维能力、提高学习成绩、强化教学质量。
Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the two-way evaluation and feedback mode in the training of neonatologists.Methods A total of 15 clinical doctors from the Department of Neonatology and Pediatrics of Chang⁃chun Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from February to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,the same group of physicians were grouped according to different times,and a control group(n=15)from February to May 2022 were selected to implement traditional teaching methods.From June to August 2022,a bidirectional evaluation feedback model was implemented for the observation group(n=15).Compared the clinical thinking ability,assessment results,and training quality of two groups of neonatal pediatricians.Results The clinical thinking ability scores of the observation group doctors in terms of learning awareness,learning behavior,learning evaluation,and learning strate⁃gies were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical scores,basic assessment scores,and specialized operation scores of the observation group doctors were sig⁃nificantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching quality scores of the observation group doctors in improving participation awareness,learning efficiency,solid opera⁃tional ability,and problem-solving ability were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing two-way evaluation and feedback mode for neonatolo⁃gists to complete clinical training can significantly improve their clinical thinking ability,improve academic perfor⁃mance,and strengthen teaching quality.
