摘要
糖尿病前期已成为糖尿病患病人群的主要“后备军”,中医药在糖尿病前期防治方面发挥着重要优势,如何科学有效开展中医药防治糖尿病前期的临床研究,使其成果更好地服务临床,成为当前中医药工作者一大焦点问题。近年来,转化医学的发展,为中医药的创新发展带来了新的契机和思路。简述糖尿病前期的中医优势,转化医学视角下开展中医药防治糖尿病前期主要存在三个问题:(1)基础研究与临床实践脱节;(2)临床成果与基层诊疗结合欠缺;(3)主动健康与科技创新应对不足。对此采取以下应对策略:(1)加强沟通,通力合作;(2)关口前移,重心下沉;(3)创新发展,医工融合。这些对策可能有利于促进中医药防治糖尿病前期的成果推广和应用。
Prediabetes has become the main reserve army of diabetes patients.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important advantage in preventing and treating prediabetes.How to scientifically and effectively carry out clinical research onpreventing and treating prediabetes with traditional Chinese medicineso that its results can better serve the clinic,has become a major focus of the current Chinese medicine workers.In recent years,the development of translational medicine has brought new opportunities and ideas for the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicinein the prevention and treatment of prediabetes mellitus were summarized.There were three main problems in traditional Chinese medicineprevention and treatment of prediabetes mellitus from the perspective of translational medicine:(1)the basic research was disjoint with clinical practice;(2)lack of combination of clinical results and primary diagnosis and treatment;(3)inadequate response to active health and technological innovation.The following coping strategies should be adopted.(1)The communication and cooperation should be strengthened.(2)The pass moves forward and the center of gravity sinks.(3)The innovative development,medical and industrial integration should be carried out.These strategies may be beneficial to promote the promotion and application of TCM prevention and treatment of prediabetes.
