Objective To explore the effect of multi-modal continuous intervention combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training on patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with lung cancer receiving chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from April 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by sealed envelope method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with multi-modal continuous intervention, and the observation group received multi-modal continuous intervention combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training.Cancer fatigue, negative emotion, quality of life questionnaire-core 30(QLQ-C30)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After 2 months of intervention, cancer fatigue score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-modal continuous intervention combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training can effectively improve cancer fatigue and negative emotions, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.
