摘要
为了解火麻种子在干旱环境中的萌发状况,进一步明确火麻在干旱环境中的耐旱性,以火麻种子作为材料,探讨了不同浓度的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫对火麻种子发芽率、发芽势、幼苗胚根和胚芽长、幼苗鲜重、发芽指数、活力指数、抗旱指数的影响。结果表明:随着PEG-6000溶液浓度的增加,火麻种子发芽率、发芽势、幼苗胚根和胚芽长、幼苗鲜重、发芽指数、活力指数、抗旱指数均呈下降的趋势,且不同PEG-6000溶液浓度处理的发芽势、幼苗胚根和胚芽长、幼苗鲜重、发芽指数、活力指数与对照间差异显著(P<0.05)。在高浓度PEG溶液处理下仍有少数种子能够萌发,说明火麻种子在萌发期具有较强的抗旱能力,可以在中低干旱土壤地区播种种植。
In order to investigate the germination status of hemp,germination capacity,and drought resistance of hemp seeds in arid environments,hemp seeds were used as experimental materials,and the different concentrations of PEG-6000(polyglycol)were used to simulate drought stress.The effects of PEG-6000 on various germination characteristics,including germination rate,germination potential,seedling radicle,germ length,fresh seedling weight,germination index,vitality index,and drought resistance index,were analyzed.Thre results demonstrated that all evaluated parameters showed an increasing trend with increase of concentrations of PEG-6000.Furthermore,significant differences(P<0.05)were observed in germination rate,germination potential,seedling radicle length,germ length,fresh seedling weight,germination index,and vitality index under different PEG-6000 concentrations compared to the control group.Despite the high-concentration PEG solution treatment,a limited number of seeds were capable of germination,indicating the significant drought resistance exhibited by hemp seeds during the germination period.This study suggests that hemp can be cultivated in arid or semi-arid regions.
