摘要 目的:优化探索适合雀辣中辣椒素和二氢辣椒素的含量测定方法,并对雀辣中的辣椒素及二氢辣椒素进行测定,为雀辣资源的开发利用开展基础研究。方法:通过对不同的提取方法进行优化,得到较优的方法并测定不同地区雀辣中辣椒素及二氢辣椒素的含量。结果:辣椒素在0.019 2~0.191 8 mg·mL^(-1)线性良好,相关系数大于0.999 9,二氢辣椒素在0.015 7~0.157 5 mg·mL^(-1)线性良好,相关系数为0.999 8;方法回收率为91.06%~101.22%,RSD为0.8%~2.1%。雀辣中辣椒素含量为(3.190±0.025)^(5.308±0.022)mg·g^(-1),二氢辣椒素含量为(0.868±0.021)^(1.082±0.018)mg·g^(-1),普洱雀辣中辣椒素及二氢辣椒素含量高于西双版纳雀辣。结论:本文建立的方法快速、稳定、准确、节省溶剂,适合雀辣中辣椒素和二氢辣椒素含量的测定。 Objective:To optimize and explore a suitable method for determining the content of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in QueLa,and to determine the capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in QueLa to provide basic research for the development and utilization of QueLa resources.Method:By optimizing different extraction methods,a better method was obtained and the content of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in different regions of QueLa was determined.Result:The linearity of capsaicin is good within 0.019 2 ~ 0.191 8 mg·mL^(-1),with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.999 9.The linearity of dihydrocapsaicin is good within 0.015 7 ~ 0.157 5 mg·mL^(-1),and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8;the recovery rate of the method is 91.06% ~ 101.22%,and the RSD is 0.8% ~ 2.1%.The content of capsaicin in QueLa is(3.190±0.025) ^(5.308±0.022) mg·g^(-1),and the content of dihydrocapsaicin is(0.868±0.021) ^(1.082±0.018) mg·g^(-1).The content of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in Pu'er QueLa is higher than that in Xishuangbanna QueLa.Conclusion:The established method is rapid,stable,accurate,and solvent efficient.It is suitable for the determination of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in QueLa.
