摘要
目的:了解2021—2022年成都市青羊区网络食品安全状况,为进一步加强食品安全监督管理提供科学支撑。方法:对2021—2022年成都市青羊区网络食品进行抽样监测,分别对抽检食品的抽样地点、抽样产品结构、生产企业及产品情况等抽检环节和流通环节进行分析比较。结果:成都市青羊区2021—2022年抽检不合格食品样品38批次,不合格率为8.9%,主要问题集中在超限量农药残留污染、超范围食品添加剂使用、违规使用禁限用农药等方面。结论:不合格产品主要来源于蔬菜制品、餐饮食品及酒类等大类食品,需要进一步加强监管、精准抽检,保障食品安全。
Objective:To understand the status of Internet food safety in Qingyang district of Chengdu from 2021 to 2022,and to provide scientific support for further strengthening food safety supervision and management.Method:Sampling and monitoring of online food in Qingyang district of Chengdu from 2021 to 2022 were carried out,and the sampling and circulation links of sampled food were analyzed and compared respectively,including sampling location,sampling product structure,production enterprises and product conditions.Result:38 batches of unqualified food samples were sampled in Chengdu from 2021 to 2022,the unqualified rate was 8.9%,the main problems were concentrated in the aspects of excessive pesticide residue pollution,the use of food additives beyond the scope,and the illegal use of prohibited pesticides.Conclusion:The unqualified products mainly come from vegetable products,catering food and wine and other major foods,and it is necessary to further strengthen supervision and accurate sampling inspection to ensure food safety.
