基于海洋牧场建设的碱渣固化机理及应用研究

摘要 纯碱生产和碱处理过程中会产生颗粒极细的碱性废渣,碱厂一般处理方式为将碱渣在地表堆积覆盖包覆物,日积月累的碱渣使碱厂变为“白色海洋”并造成严重的环境污染。基于海洋牧场建设需求,将碱渣变废为宝,用于贝类和鱼类栖息的人工鱼礁为碱渣处理带来了新的发展方向。在简述碱渣产生机理、基本性质的基础上,介绍了利用碱渣制备碱激发胶凝材料的反应原理和分类,并对碱激发胶凝材料的固化机理进行了系统阐述;通过总结国内外对碱渣固化的研究,提出了基于海洋牧场建设应用碱渣固化技术的必要性,并展望了碱渣固化的未来研究方向。 In the process of soda ash production and alkali treatment,alkaline waste residue with extremely fine particles will be produced.Soda plants generally deal with the soda residue by stacking them on the ground surface and then covering,the accumulated soda residue turns the soda plant into a"white ocean"and brings serious environmental pollution.Based on the needs of marine ranching construction,alkaline residue can be turned into treasure and be used in artificial reefs inhabited by shellfish and fish,which brings new hope for soda residue treatment.On the basis of a brief description of the generating mechanism and basic properties of soda residue,the reaction principle and classification of alkali-activated cementitious materials prepared by using soda residue were introduced,and the curing mechanism of alkali-activated cementitious materials was systematically described.In addition,by systematically summarizing the domestic and foreign research on soda residue curing,the necessity of the application of soda residue curing technology based on marine pasture construction was put forward,and some suggestions were put forward for the preparation cost,environmental safety,strength,corrosion resistance and pH value of soda residue curing.
