摘要
习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的对外传播是关乎21世纪马克思主义发展、中国进一步和平发展和构建人类命运共同体的重大理论与实践问题。当前,中国国家实力增强、中国实施“走出去”战略以及全球传播秩序的重构为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对外传播带来重要历史机遇,通过强化人才队伍建设、实施分众传播、创新对外传播话语体系、拓展传播渠道等举措,能够有效提升习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对外传播的保障力、精准度、接受度和影响力。
The international communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is a major theoretical and practical issue of the development of the 21st century Marxism,the further peaceful development of China and the building of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind.At present,the enhancement of China’s national strength,the implementation of China’s“going global”strategy and the reconstruction of the global communication order have brought important historical opportunities to solve the issue.It could improve the guarantee,accuracy,acceptance and influence of the international communication of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era efficiently by the measures to strengthen the construction of talent team,implement focus communication,innovate the external communication discourse system and expand communication channels.
